If the email address is listed in its proper format on the website, it receives an outrageous amount of spam mail and your email falls through the cracks, sandwiched somewhere between piles of advertisements for Viagra and Russian prostitutes. She tries to answer all emails, even the murder case reviews and the dog adoptions, so if your email is not answered in a timely manner, assume it has somehow fallen beside a Russian Viagra advertisement and she missed it.
